ICEYE sovereign satellite systems

Radar satellites that ICEYE builds and delivers to governments so they can own and operate their own space surveillance.

Why it matters

Many countries, especially in Europe, want intelligence satellites they control rather than imagery bought from a foreign company. ICEYE says growing this business is a main use of its 2026 funding.

How the technology works

ICEYE builds its radar satellites on its own production line, delivers them to the customer, and can provide ground systems and support so the country's own operators run the mission.
