Turion's software for planning space missions, tasking satellites automatically, and commanding a constellation, which it is scaling up to run other companies' satellites too.
Why it matters
As operators add more satellites, they need tools to plan and coordinate them quickly. Turion bought Tychee Research Group in 2026 to add its mission-planning software and astrodynamics team to Starfire.
How the technology works
Starfire covers mission planning and execution, autonomous tasking, and constellation command and control. Turion says its Series B will scale it for larger multi-satellite operations, including third-party constellations.
