Cortex

Spaceflux's cloud software that tasks its telescopes, sends alerts and shows what tracked objects are doing in near real time.

Why it matters

Raw telescope images are not useful on their own. Customers need software that turns them into positions, alerts and patterns of behavior they can act on.

How the technology works

Cortex is a cloud platform that takes in observations from the Spaceflux network, lets users request new observations and sends alerts. Spaceflux says it usually delivers data within about 90 seconds and adds AI analytics that characterize tracks and flag unusual behavior across a fleet.
