CubeSat dispensers and multi-payload adapters

Hardware that holds satellites on a rocket and releases them in orbit, from CubeSat dispensers to stacks of ring-shaped adapters that carry a whole constellation batch on one launch.

Why it matters

Deployment hardware is what lets dozens of satellites share one rocket. Maverick's stacks flew 21 Space Development Agency satellites on one Falcon 9, and NASA selected the company in 2019 to supply CubeSat dispensers and integration services.

How the technology works

For the Tranche 1 Transport Layer launch Maverick built four mass-optimized ESPA-style multi-payload adapters, each carrying five satellites, plus a top-mounted slot, and the wiring that sends separation signals and confirms each release.
