Kestrel u5

A compact, low-profile Kymeta terminal that can switch between low-orbit and geostationary satellites, now certified for use on European trains.

Why it matters

Rail, trucks and small vessels want satellite backup where cell coverage drops. A slim terminal with no moving parts suits rooftops where space and maintenance are limited.

How the technology works

An electronically steered flat panel tracks satellites while the platform moves, draws under 100 W on average, and is passively cooled.
