Ka-band user terminal
Full-duplex Ka-band satellite terminal developed with French defense agencies under the m3SFA program.
Why it matters
Military satellite systems use Ka-band, and France wants sovereign, low-power terminals for its forces.
How the technology works
It applies the same reconfigurable-surface beam steering as the Ku-band terminal to Ka-band, transmitting and receiving through a single aperture.
