Subscription software that uses AI to schedule what each satellite in an Earth-imaging fleet should collect, balancing customer orders, satellite resources and ground station passes.
Why it matters
Imaging constellations keep growing, and planning every collection by hand does not scale. Automated tasking aims to get more images out of the same satellites and lets operators supervise instead of plan each pass. NOAA paid to try it in a ground-system demonstration.
How the technology works
Customers enter collection orders in a web interface. The software weighs each satellite's resources, the data requests and delivery needs across the fleet, picks an activity plan with its AI engine, and sends it to the operator's tracking and command system for uplink.
It is sold as a hosted service with an API.
