Solstice OS
Space Machines' software that watches the space around a customer's satellites, alerts on uninvited close approaches and proposes a response plan for operators to accept or edit.
Why it matters
As more satellites can maneuver near each other, operators need to tell routine moves from threats quickly. Solstice OS is the decision layer that ties Space Machines' tracking data and Viper vehicles together.
How the technology works
Solstice OS takes in customer and live space domain awareness data plus imagery from Optimus Viper sensors. It flags path deviations that create close approaches, plans missions, checks them against constraints and coordinates several vehicles, with an operator keeping final authority over each response.
