Logos low-orbit constellation
Planned 4,178-satellite mesh network in low Earth orbit offering private, encrypted, multi-gigabit links for government and enterprise customers.
Why it matters
Logos targets governments and large companies that want a private network they control, independent of ground infrastructure and shared internet routes, and says the system is built to resist jamming and electronic warfare.
How the technology works
Satellites link to each other in a mesh and to customer sites, carrying traffic as a private Layer 2 network with end-to-end encryption and symmetric uplink and downlink speeds. The FCC license covers K, Q and V band spectrum.
