LeoLabs radar network and orbital catalog

A worldwide set of company-owned radars that track objects in low Earth orbit day and night, feeding a commercial catalog and collision alerts.

Why it matters

An independent commercial catalog gives satellite operators and governments their own view of crowded orbits, separate from government tracking data.

How the technology works

Phased-array radars at sites including Texas, New Zealand, Australia, Costa Rica and the Azores track objects in low Earth orbit in any weather. LeoLabs combines the measurements into a catalog and uses AI software to schedule the radars and flag close approaches, maneuvers and unusual behavior for customers.
