Zephyr

A two-stage rocket about 30 meters long, powered by Navier engines that Latitude designs and 3D-prints itself. Latitude says it will carry 200 kg to low Earth orbit, with a first launch targeted for 2027.

Why it matters

Many small satellites ride as passengers on big rockets and have to accept their schedule and orbit. A dedicated small launcher lets one customer pick the timing and orbit.

How the technology works

Seven Navier sea-level engines burning liquid oxygen and kerosene power the first stage, and a vacuum Navier engine powers the second. A small auxiliary engine on the second stage circularizes the orbit and later deorbits the stage.

Latitude says the rocket is designed for series production at a planned plant in Reims.
